Little League International has named Stu Hartenstein central region director. He served as a longtime volunteer, including as an umpire-in-chief at the local and district levels, and as a member of the Central Region Umpire Advisory Committee and Central Region Tournament Umpire Coordinator. Hartenstein holds a bachelor’s degree from Wittenburg University.
