Elkhart-based LCI Industries has promoted Jason Falk to vice president of mergers and acquisitions. He previously held the title of VP of operations. Falk is a graduate of Alma College and began his career with LCI immediately after graduating by entering the Leadership in Training program.

He has overseen the operations of multiple divisions of LCI during his tenure, being directly responsible for those divisions’ P&L, personnel, leadership, and overall growth and sustainability.
