Lilly Endowment Names Robbins Chair

The organization says he will continue to serve as its president and chief executive officer. He succeeds longtime chair Tom Lofton, who passed away in June.
Robbins joined the endowment in 1993 as vice president for community development. He became president and was elected to the board in 1999. He was named CEO in 2012. Before joining the endowment, he was a partner at Baker & Daniels, which is now Faegre Baker Daniels. He is a graduate of Wabash College.
The organization has also named Jennett Hill to the board. She is senior vice president and general counsel for Citizens Energy Group. Her previous experience also includes serving as a partner at Faegre Baker Daniels. She holds degrees from DePauw University and the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
