LifeOmic partners with global fitness firm

LifeOmic works with employers to encourage employees to adopt healthy habits and reduce health insurance costs.
Subscribers to LifeOmic’s Precision Wellness and LIFE program will now have access to Les Mills Starter Series, which offers more than 200 short workout videos.

Les Mills’ format has over 140,000 instructors teaching the online programs worldwide. The company says most workouts require minimal to no equipment and can be done at home.
