Kilies is member of the firm’s complex litigation group, concentrating her practice in the defense of mass torts and consumer class actions involving claims of product liability, consumer fraud, false advertising, and deceptive marketing. She also has experience representing clients in investigations and enforcement proceedings involving various governmental agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission.
Ruesch is a member of the firm’s litigation group and focuses primarily on insurance coverage and reinsurance issues. She represents insurance companies, businesses, and individuals in all aspects of complex civil litigation involving business and contract disputes, catastrophic injuries, cybersecurity and data management and general litigation matters involving transportation, construction, premises liability, and professional liability.
Strawbridge is a member of the firm’s transportation practice group, where she devotes a substantial amount of her practice to representing commercial carriers and drivers in litigation involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and property damage claims. She frequently litigates in both state and federal court and also assists clients in pre-suit investigation, including 24/7 state-wide emergency accident investigation.
