Levementum says it will move into new space at The Union 525 in downtown Indianapolis. The company says the new location puts it closer to a major partner and will allow for further growth of its automation-focused practice. Levementum says it is currently hiring consultants, developers and strategic account executives.
The company currently has more than 40 employees nationwide, including 11 in Indiana. It plans to triple its Indiana employment by the end of the year, reaching up to 40 employees. The Indiana Economic Development Corp. says the new positions are expected to offer average wages more than double the state average.
Levementum Senior Vice President Michael Burton calls Indianapolis "an amazing city with a lot of ambition and hustle." He says the Union 525 building is "appropriate for our expanding needs and fit well with our culture."
The company launched in 2006 and has had a presence in Indianapolis since 2016. It offers customer engagement solutions including customer relationship management platforms, marketing automation, predictive intelligence and Internet of Things solutions. Levementum has operations in Indiana, Arizona and Texas.
The IEDC is offering Levementum more than $3.5 million in conditional tax credits and training grants based on the company’s job creation plans. The city of Indianapolis will provide additional incentives.
