Warsaw-based Lake City Bank has promoted Holly Davis (pictured) to assistant vice president and senior loan administration officer for Indianapolis. Stacy Richardson (pictured) has also been promoted to the same position. She will serve the Goshen area.

Davis has been with the bank for 14 years. She has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University.

Richardson has served for nine years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
