BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Kroger Central Division leaders will celebrate the grand reopening of the company’s College Mall store in Bloomington, Indiana at a celebration at 7:30 AM Thursday, January 8th.
The total economic investment in this store is nearly $10 million and brought more new jobs to Bloomington.
Prior to the Thursday morning opening, a special preview party will be held in the new food court Wednesday evening, January 7th. In addition to local dignitaries, Kroger has invited their top customers from across Bloomington.
The Kroger Co. has been serving local communities for 131 years. The Kroger Central Division has 136 food stores, 114 pharmacies and 85 fuel centers operating under four banners; Kroger, Scott’s, Owen’s and Pay Less, with locations primarily in Indiana and Illinois, in addition to three stores in Missouri, one in Michigan and one in Ohio.
