Each will represent clients in various practice areas including Health Care Law, Commercial and Real Estate Lending, Public and Municipal Finance, and Tax Law.
Foster is an associate in the firm’s health care practice group in the Indianapolis office. She concentrates her practice in the areas of regulatory, compliance, licensure, and corporate matters within the health care industry. Foster previously worked as a summer associate for the firm. While obtaining her law degree at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, she served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Community Legal Clinic at the law school.
Frissell is an associate in the firm’s public and municipal finance and tax practice groups in the Carmel office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal and governmental law, financing and tax matters, including property tax related matters. Frissell served as a summer associate with the firm and gained additional professional experience through various positions held at Katz, Sapper & Miller LLP, Eli Lilly and Co., Cummins Inc., Rubin & Levin P.C. and the Indiana Board of Tax Review. He attended law school at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
Vandeventer is an associate in the commercial and real estate lending group in Carmel, where he focuses on all aspects of real estate finance and development. He assists lenders in drafting documents associated with real estate acquisitions and development. Vandeventer previously worked at the firm as a summer associate. While attending law school at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Vandeventer served as an intern at the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office.
