Kelley Named to Aspire Housing Board

Aspire Indiana, a fully integrated nonprofit health system, offers assistance for disadvantaged people who need safe, affordable housing. This includes property management services and housing assistance programs in the Indiana counties it serves including Madison, Hamilton, Boone, Hendricks, Hancock and Marion.
Kelley has served more than 23 years in various public health capacities, including disease prevention and education, HIV/STI services and syringe access services. She previously served as dean of academic affairs at the Harrison College Anderson campus. Kelley earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology/interpersonal relations and master’s degree in organizational and professional communication development from Ball State University.
