Kaplan Named CIRTA Executive Director

Kaplan joined CIRTA in 2011 as vanpool manager and most recently served as manager of the Commuter Connect rideshare program. She also serves on the board of directors for the Indianapolis Fringe Festival and the Central Indiana Land Trust.
CIRTA also announced the appointment of Andrew McGee as assistant director for Commuter Connect, a position he has also held on an interim basis since April. McGee has worked for Commuter Connect on three occasions.
CIRTA was created in 2004 and works to expand and improve mass transit in central Indiana.
