Talent recruiting platform Jobvite Inc., which has headquarters in Indianapolis and California, has acquired talent analytics platform Talentegy.

Jobvite said the addition of Talentegy’s technology will allow it to better analyze and identify candidate behaviors, content engagement, candidate exits, and accurate applicant sources.

“For years, talent acquisition teams have struggled to leverage their data to improve recruiting outcomes,” said Aman Brar, chief executive officer of Jobvite. “With the addition of Talentegy, our customers will be able to monitor the candidate experience, identify points of friction, and eliminate them in ways that significantly improve outcomes.”

The acquisition is the latest expansion move by Jobvite. In July, the company announced the acquisition of Carmel-based Predictive Partner.

The company also launched the Jobvite AI Innovation Lab.
