Job News USA is hosting a job fair Wednesday in Indianapolis. The Indianapolis Job Fair will take place at the Marriott Indianapolis East from 10am to 2pm.

More than two dozen employers will be on-site, including Eli Lilly and Co., Fed-Ex, Heartland Food Group, as well as several staffing agencies.

Last month, the Indiana Department of Workforce Development reported Indiana’s unemployment rate crept higher to 2.8%, compared to 2.6% in July. By comparison, the national unemployment rate in August was 3.7%, compared to 3.5% in July.

Organizers recommend attendees register in advance. Click here to access the registration portal. It suggests jobseekers bring a printed copy of the registration form, along with at least 20 copies of their resume.
