Vincennes University has named Jennifer Houchins creative director of marketing. She previously served as marketing manager for Ramstein Air Base, headquarters for the United States Air Forces in Europe, Africa and for NATO Allied Air Command, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.

Houchins previously served as executive director for Cleveland County Habitat for Humanity, Norman, Oklahoma and as both executive director and director of fundraising and communications for the American Diabetes Association in Oklahoma City and San Antonio, Texas.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Southern Indiana and a master’s degree in public administration from Webster University.
