The JCC Indianapolis has promoted Nicole Hagemeyer to director of membership & aquatics after working for two years as director of aquatics. She has more than 20 years of experience working in Aquatics and has spent her entire career working in member-centric nonprofit environments. In this new role, Hagemeyer is responsible for implementation and execution of membership sales strategies and membership retention and recruitment efforts. Because of her extensive knowledge of and experience in the field of Aquatics, she will also continue to provide oversight of that department.
Also, Lexi Manges has been named director of aquatics. She previously served at the Jordan YMCA in the same role. Manges brings experience in every facet of Aquatics from lifeguarding and swim instruction to pool maintenance and staff supervision and management, and holds a degree in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from the Purdue School of Engineering & Technology at IUPUI with a certificate in Human Resources.
