An IU Kelley School of Business alumna, she has spent several years working in finance and accounting in the healthcare field and has significant experience in process improvement, financial analysis, and month-end close and reporting.
Hillary McCarley (pictured) has been named director of development. She previously served as executive director of The Children’s TherAplay Foundation Inc., where she oversaw operations, administration and development/fundraising. Under her leadership, TherAplay increased the number of children served from 300 to an average of 450 annually.
Also, Kelsey Eberle has been hired as cultural arts coordinator. She attended Kings College in New York City, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Media, Culture and the Arts. Eberle previously held positions with the Phoenix Museum of Art, the Scottsdale Public Library and the Children’s Museum of Phoenix.
