Seymour-based Jackson County Bank has hired Dave Richardson as vice president of commercial banking. He previously worked in business banking for First Financial Bank. Richardson is also a United States Naval Officer assigned to the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command at JEB Little Creek, Virginia.
