JA Benefits Announces Leadership Changes

Chris Johnson has been named partner, chairman and chief executive officer, and Clint Parker is the new chief operating officer.
Johnson has served as president since 2014 and will remain in his consulting role while also assuming duties of chairman and CEO. Parker joined the firm in 2008 and has served as an account executive and in operations management.
“Chris and Clint have contributed to the direction and success of JA since they joined the organization,” said JA Vice Chairman, Doug Johnson. “I have full confidence that our JA leadership team will continue to enhance the firm’s dedication to our Core Values – Relationships, Purpose and Growth.”
Former JA CEO Doug Johnson will continue as vice chairman and will also consult with clients.
