IWU to inaugurate its 10th president

IWU selected Kulaga to serve as its president earlier this year, and he officially began serving in the role in August.
The university’s 9th president, David Wright, announced his retirement last year after serving in the role since 2013.
Prior to joining IWU, Kulaga served in a variety of leadership roles, including as president and CEO of Ohio Christian University, as well as chief academic officer and chief operating officer at Asbury University. He also held positions in academics, advancement, and student life development at Spring Arbor University.
The ceremony is set to begin at 10 a.m., and the speakers, which include Dr. Timothy Dalrymple, Ranjy Thomas, and Kevin Myers, are scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m.
