Jenny McGill has been selected by the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities as one of 20 emerging leaders at Christian universities across the country to participate in the 2016 Leadership Institute. She is the regional dean for northern Indiana for Indiana Wesleyan University. The goal of the program is to equip and encourage individuals who have been identified as having potential for future senior-level administration leadership. The week-long institute is in June and is part of a year-long leadership development program. Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to shadow a senior-level leader at another university that is a member of the Council of Christian Colleges and Universities.
