Ivy Tech Community College in Indianapolis has promoted Doneisha Posey to vice president of diversity, equity and belonging. She most recently served as executive director of employee diversity, equity and belonging. Prior to that, Posey served as deputy director and general counsel of the Indiana Civil Rights Commission. She also serves as an adjunct law professor at the Indiana University McKinney School of Law, where she holds her juris doctorate. Additionally, Posey has a bachelor’s degree from Marian University.
