IU Health to Open Urgent Care Clinics

IU Health says the grant will allow Playworks to double its local impact next academic year.

Indiana University Health says it will open its first three urgent care clinics in central Indiana over the next few years. The clinics will be located in Greenwood, Lawrence and Brownsburg.

The system says the locations will be the first three in a series of clinics to be build in the region. The centers will be staffed by board-certified family physicians Christopher Kimmey, Sathish Perumal and Elizabeth Brater.

The locations and opening dates are:

Greenwood (opening September 9)
996 S. State Road 135, Suite P
Greenwood, IN 46143

Lawrence (opening September 23)
9165 Otis Avenue, Suite 112
Lawrence, IN 46216

Brownsburg (opening early November)
90 E. Garner Road
Brownsburg, IN 46112

IU Health says on-site care at the clinics will be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
