Gregg Romans joins the program after previously serving as department chair for the Business and Accounting Division at Ivy Tech Community College’s Lawrenceburg campus.
The business administration degree program began in 2010 in partnership with Ivy Tech. IU East says it focuses on supporting the historical regional manufacturing sector, with students completing the program in 15 months.
Romans has served as an adjunct professor for IU East for the past seven years in addition to his work at Ivy Tech.
"We are thrilled to have Gregg join us full-time. He has worked with us for the past seven years adding substantial capacity to our programs," said Greg Braxton-Brown, dean of southeast Indiana programs at IU East. "It is rare to find someone with excellent experience in manufacturing and teaching with advanced educational credentials."
Romans is currently completing his Ph.D. in strategic management at Sullivan University in Louisville.
