She has more than 25 years experience in the workforce development industry. Jenkins-Agurs most recently served as director of education and organizational development at Memorial Hospital West in Pembroke Pines, FL.
She is also a professional speaker, with more than 15 years of experience hosting a women’s support group called the Sister Circle Network Inc. Jenkins-Agurs holds a Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Counseling from the University of Dayton, a Bachelor’s Degree from Ohio University, and an Advance Career Coach Certification.
