The company just announced the purchase of another Indianapolis tech company, Inverse-Square. “Acquisitions of this nature will enable us to go to market faster with new products and continue to offer our current suite of services,” said Josh Ross, Kerauno CEO and co-founder.
Kerauno is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider which specializes in communications workflow technology. Inverse-Square is a custom software development firm. Current Inverse-Square president Bob Baird says it’s a tremendous opportunity to join forces. “We’re beyond excited to be part of a team dedicated to changing the world through communication!”
Baird will become Kerauno’s vice president of software integration.
The company says the acquisition will bolster Kerauno’s engineering staff and add bandwidth in key service and operation areas.
