An Indianapolis-based design and innovation consulting firm has named a new chief executive officer. Studio Science says Steve Pruden, who most recently served as senior vice president of human resources with Indy tech company Appirio, will lead the company.

Studio Science says the appointment "caps off an incredible 18 months of growth," which includes the addition of several market-leading enterprise clients and venture-backed software companies from throughout the country.

"A strategic thinker and technology visionary with a proven track record of scaling technology businesses, Steve’s experience is going to provide a huge benefit to our many clients and partners," the company says. 

Studio Science is headquartered on Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis. The firm touts many big names as clients, including Angie’s List, eBay, Clustertruck, Salesforce, and Groupon.
