The Indianapolis Cultural Trail Inc. has named Rebecca Knoop (pictured) assistant director of finance. She is the former chief financial officer at SourceMedia a New York City-based business-to-business media company. The group has also named Sarah Frey (pictured) development and marketing manager. She is the former development officer at Franciscan Alliance Foundation Central Indiana. She will manage the nonprofit’s annual fundraising efforts. Two others have joined the board: Patrick Murphy and Harmony Mappes. Murphy is vice president, chief audit & risk officer and national/pharmacy finance at Anthem. Mappes is partner at Faegre Baker and Daniels.
