Indianapolis-area fulfillment center staffing up for the holidays

An Indianapolis-area fulfillment center is beginning to staff up for the holidays.
Pennsylvania-based Radial Inc. announced Tuesday that it plans to fill about 600 entry-level positions at its Brownsburg facility in time for the holiday shipping season. The company will have multiple hiring fairs this week to bring on new workers.
Radial’s staffing push follows a recent survey conducted by the company that found 67% of consumers are planning to start their holiday shopping this year before Black Friday.
“Our seasonal workforce will have the unique opportunity to work with leading retail brands, explore careers in eCommerce, and open doors to future opportunities,” Radial’s chief human resources officer, Sabrina Wnorowski, said in a news release. “Year after year, we execute substantial scaling efforts and admire the dedication of our associates during this fast-paced period.”
Radial’s facility is located at 502 East Point Circle in Brownsburg. The company has 25 fulfillment centers across the country and is offering opportunities for seasonal workers to transition to long-term employment after the holiday season.
The company is putting on multiple hiring fairs ahead of the holidays. One fair will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday at the company’s Brownsburg fulfillment center.
Two additional days of fairs will be later this week from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday in the following locations:
- 148 N. Perry Rd., Plainfield
- 1299A W. 86th St., Indianapolis
- 8838 E. County Rd. 100 S, Avon
- 502 East Point Circle, Brownsburg
