IT services provider TCC Software Solutions has announced plans to invest nearly $2 million to expand its operations in Indianapolis and add more than 100 high-wage jobs by 2019.
The company says the new location in the Broad Ripple neighborhood will help attract top talent andinclude space for training and education.
TCC currently has 139 full-time employees in Indiana. The company says it will begin hiring for positions including project managers, system analysts and software developers immediately. The Indiana Economic Development Corp. says those jobs are expected to offer salaries nearly double the state’s average wage.
The IEDC has offered TCC up to $2 million in conditional tax credits and training grants based on the job creation plans. The city of Indianapolis is also supporting the project.
The company provides services ranging from mobile work force software to lottery employee credentialing.
The IEDC says the tech sector has added more than 5,000 jobs in central Indiana since 2009. The organization says the industry pays an average salary of $72,130.
