Indiana State University has hired Joyce Thompson-Mills as executive director of legal services, effective in October. She is currently director of the Infractions Appeals Committees and Hearing Operations for the NCAA. Thompson-Mills holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and JD from Valparaiso University.
