Smith joined First Internet Bank in 2012 and has more than 20 years of commercial banking experience. He previously held similar positions at M&I Bank and National City Bank, where he partnered with business clients to understand their current financial conditions and identify growth opportunities.
Fredric has nearly 20 years of healthcare strategy and business development experience having worked in a number of leadership roles with for-profit healthcare organizations. She is responsible for advancing the St. Vincent strategy, leading the pursuit of growth opportunities and developing the market’s clinically integrated system of care. Fredric joined St.Vincent in January from Tenet Healthcare, where she held roles including national business development director; chief strategy officer of the Texas Region; senior vice president business development at Saint Francis Hospital in Memphis; chief business development officer for the Central Texas Region and chief business development officer of hospital operations and integration. Prior to joining Tenet in 2012, Fredric worked for HCA as VP business development, Medical Center of Plano and VP business development, Plaza Medical Center of Fort Worth.
Rogers is a native of LaPorte and a graduate of Butler University. He has spent his entire career in and around government. Before joining AT&T, Steve served in several positions in state government, beginning in the Secretary of State’s office under current Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett, and ending as executive assistant and legislative director to Indiana Lieutenant Governor Joe Kernan. He has worked for AT&T for nearly 18 years and currently serves as president of the Noblesville Board of Parks and Recreation.
Quinn serves as national director of Colliers Industrial Services-USA. Prior to Colliers, he was a co-founder of Summit Realty Group, an affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield. Quinn then transitioned to join C&W’s Industrial leadership team as executive managing director, global supply chain solutions and industrial operations.
Roe Lach is in her fifth year with the Horizon League, serving as deputy commissioner since August 2014. She brings more than 20 years of experience in intercollegiate athletics to the Horizon League. Previously, Roe Lach served as president of JRL Consulting. Prior to founding JRL Consulting, she spent nearly 16 years at the NCAA, working her way from an intern to vice president of enforcement. She’s a former First Team All-American and GTE Academic All-American women’s basketball player at Millikin University, where she is a trustee emeritus. Roe Lach received her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law. She received an honorary doctorate from Millikin University in 2012. Roe Lach currently serves on the board of directors for the Alliance of Women’s Coaches.
Hancock and his wife Linda founded Sport Graphics in 1986. Frank served two terms as a member and president of the MSD Warren Township school board from 1998-2006, was appointed to the Ball State Board of Trustees in 2006 by former Governor Mitch Daniels, retiring as board vice chairman in 2016 after serving 10 years. He also has served on several civic boards, including the Indianapolis Zoo, 500 Festival, Peyback Foundation and Pacers Foundation, and currently is on the board of the Community Health Network Foundation, for which he also served as chairman. Frank graduated from Ball State University and is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. He was awarded the Ball State President’s Medal of Distinction in May 2016 and was recently acknowledged as the Ball State Alumnus of the Year this past October. Frank has received acknowledgement for his civic support by former Indianapolis Mayors Stephen Goldsmith, Bart Peterson and Greg Ballard. Governor Daniels presented Frank with the Sagamore of The Wabash Award, the highest distinction for distinguished service given by the state, in 2014.
Lewis recently retired as vice president – global taxes and chief tax executive of Eli Lilly and Co., where he was employed for thirty years. Prior to Lilly, he engaged in the private practice of law. He is a leader in international and U.S. tax policy within the U.S. corporate community, having founded and led several corporate tax policy legislative initiatives. Lewis has specific expertise in matters of U.S. federal, international, state and local fiscal and tax policy. He is recognized as an established leader within U.S. industry, specifically, the biopharmaceutical industry, regarding tax policy matters. He currently serves as chairman of The Tax Foundation, and previously served on the board of directors of The Tax Council, the Tax Council Policy Institute and the Indiana Fiscal Policy Institute. He is admitted to practice law before the Indiana State Bar and the Bars of the Federal District Courts, Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana. Lewis is also recognized as a civic leader within the greater Indianapolis community. Currently, he serves as president of the Indy Championships Fund, co-chair of the Greater Indianapolis Regional Economic Council, the Board of Trustees at Wabash College and the Board of Directors of St. Vincent Hospital Foundation. He previously served on the Executive Committee of the 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500 Mile Race Host Committee. Lewis was actively involved with Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis in 2012, including serving on its Executive Committee, as a primary fundraiser and as chair of the donor relations committee, and served as vice chairman of the Indianapolis 2018 Super Bowl Bid Committee.
Paul retired in April 2017 as president and CEO of USA Diving. She has more than 40 years of corporate community affairs experience. She has been an active part of the amateur sports movement in Indianapolis from the beginning working at American Fletcher National Bank (also known as Bank One and Chase). Her work in this area continued for more than 30 years working on national championships in Indianapolis and Olympic Trials for swimming, diving, synchronized swimming, rowing, cycling and track and field either as a sponsor/or part of the LOC. She also managed the professional sports relationships for the bank including the Colts, Pacers, Indians and IMS. She was co-chair of the opening gala of the NCAA Indianapolis headquarters and helped manage and organize the first PeyBack Classic to benefit area high school athletic programs. Her work experience has been mainly in sports and banking where her career at AFNB/Bank One/Chase spanned 22 years. Leaving in 1999 and serving the last 5 years as VP and manager of community relations and part of the Executive Management team. She next joined the Indiana Sports Corp as executive VP. This was her second tour of duty at ISC and previously served as VP of Membership. She joined USA Diving in 2000 as director of business development, then was promoted to manage the International Teams in 2005, before being name president and CEO in 2010. She was a member of the NGB Council, ACES (Association of Chief Executives of Sport) and worked closely with the USOC, FINA and other international organizations and NGB’s. Attending and working three Olympic Games and numerous World Championships and World Cup events she has was able to use those experiences to help direct and guide others in sport.
Harrison is president and CEO of Citizens Energy Group. He has served the utility industry for more than 28 years. Harrison has held such positions as executive vice president and COO, senior VP of engineering and sustainability, VP of capital programs and engineering, VP of engineering and facilities management, VP manufacturing and corporate strategist. Harrison serves on the boards of directors for 16 Tech Community Corp., American Gas Association, Center for Leadership Development, Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, FBI of Indiana Citizens Academy Alumni Association, Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee, Goodwill Inc., Indiana Energy Association, Indiana State Chamber of Commerce, Indianapolis Public Safety Foundation, Indianapolis Zoo, the Indy Chamber of Commerce, Indiana University Health, Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis Board of Advisors, Indianapolis Urban League, Jefferson Awards Foundation Central Indiana Advisory Board, Marian University, Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, The Nature Conservancy, United Way of Central Indiana, and YMCA of Greater Indianapolis.
