Subscribe NowThe Indiana Manufacturers Association has promoted Andrew Berger to senior vice president of governmental affairs. He is a veteran of business advocacy, tax policy expert and most recently served as vice president of governmental affairs and tax policy. Berger has been with the IMA since 2014. He previously served as director of governmental affairs and general counsel for the Association of Indiana Counties. In addition, Berger has worked with the Indiana Senate, the Office of the Lieutenant Governor and the Indiana State Budget Agency. He is a graduate of Hanover College and the Indiana University School of Law.
Also, Stephanie Wells has been promoted to vice president of workforce development and administration. She is a veteran of public policy and most recently served as director of workforce development policy and administration. Wells began at the IMA in 2015. Prior to that, she was a senior fiscal analyst with Indiana Legislative Services Agency. In addition, Wells has worked with the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority and the Governor’s Office. She received her Master of Public Affairs degree from Indiana University and specializes in education and workforce development issues.
