Investors and industry professionals now have one place to go to connect to the Indiana Secretary of State’s Securities Division. Secretary of State Connie Lawson announced the launch of an online portal to make public record requests and file complaints. 

State residents will be able to search the database without creating an account and fraud victims will be able to request restitution all online. The new portal will allow industry professionals to skip the need to mail registration documents, and be able to review securities registrations, file reports and franchise filings online. 

“The new portal not only makes interaction with the Secretary of State’s office more industry and investor friendly, but helps make our staff more efficient with an ever increasing paperless environment,” said Securities Commissioner Alex Glass.  “I am very pleased with the final product and look forward to getting everyone on board over the coming months.”
