He previously served as associate director of the Research and Training Center on Community Living at the University of Minnesota. Nord has more than 15 years of experience. He earned his bachelor’s degree from St. Olaf College, his master of social work degree from Augsburg College, and his Ph.D. in education policy and administration from the University of Minnesota.
