The NPPC uses a Nominating Committee to seek candidates for appointment to the NPPC leadership positions. He holds a management position with Maxwell Farms of Indiana, located in Hagerstown. Baldwin has held leadership positions with Indiana Pork, Ohio Poultry Association and Randolph County Extension Board. He serves on the Purdue Department of Animal Science Advisory Committee and is a graduate of Purdue University and the Indiana Ag Leadership Program.
