Banister is an associate in the Health Care and Business Groups for Ice Miller LLP in Indianapolis. He assists privately-held and publicly-traded companies with corporate and business matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and securities. Banister also offers clients detailed and practical guidance on how to avoid and resolve Food and Drug Administration regulatory challenges. Prior to joining Ice Miller, he worked as a microbiologist with Eli Lilly and Co. Banister received a Bachelor of Science from Bob Jones University and graduated magna cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
Hage is vice president of external affairs for MHS, Ambetter and Allwell. Hage has more than a decade of experience in state and federal government and the private sector with a focus on public policy, communications and government affairs. Most recently, Hage served as vice president of public policy for United Way of Central Indiana, where she led the federal, state and local engagement and policy efforts. She is also a past legislative and senior policy director for the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration. Hage also has served in several policy, lobbying and communications positions in Washington, D.C. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Taylor University and is a graduate of the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series. Hage is also a member of the Women’s Fund of Central Indiana OPTIONS Class 16.
Kujawa is currently chief executive officer of the American Alliance of Orthopaedic Executives and American Association of Orthopaedic Executives. She has more than 19 years of association management experience and currently serves on the board of directors of the Indiana Society of Association Executives. Kujawa was recognized as the ISAE “Association Executive of the Year” in 2015. She has served the American Society of Association Executives in a variety of roles and serves on the Editorial Advisory Council of Meeting Mentor Magazine. Kujawa also is currently the PTO President at Carmel Middle School and is a graduate of the University of Phoenix.
