The firm says the partnership increases its Midwest footprint and marks its second acquisition this summer.
Savant says the acquisition of Michigan-based AMDG Financial and AMDG Business Advisory Services was finalized in June.
“First and foremost, Savant’s growth strategy is based on partnerships that will make us and the industry better,” said Brent Brodeski, chief executive officer of Savant. “The overall goal is to ensure we continue to enhance the service offerings we provide to clients. We have found the right partner with Treybourne Wealth Planners. We align culturally and our investment philosophies are similar. Plus, the level of talent and expertise they possess, paired with their desire to provide clients with enhanced tax planning and estate and trust services, provides for an ideal partnership.”
According to the firm, Treybourne founding Principal Martin Armbruster and Principal Stephanie Willison will join Savant’s group of member owners.
“The Treybourne Wealth team is delighted to join forces with Savant Wealth Management,” said Armbruster. “We have been working for several years to identify the best possible business succession plan – one that would allow us to provide the highest and best level of service to our clients and provide amazing opportunity for our team. Once we started working with the team at Savant, we knew we had found the best partner to meet all our needs.”
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The closing is expected to take place on August 31.
