IEDC Names Entrepreneurship VP

Indiana Secretary of Commerce Brad Chambers has named Dave Roberts executive vice president of entrepreneurship and innovation for the IEDC, beginning Monday.
Roberts has been with IEDC since 2016.
In his new role, Roberts will oversee entrepreneurial ecosystem and capital, tech commercialization, strategic futures and the Indiana Small Business Development Center.
Before joining IEDC, Roberts served as president of the Battery Innovation Center, a public-private partnership focused on next generation energy technologies in Newberry. He’s also held positions with Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) and Lockheed Martin Corp. (NYSE: LMT)
