Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives has hired Britt Griffin as vice president of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. He most recently was director of human resources at Medxcel Facilities Management in Indianapolis. Griffin holds a business management degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
