Ice Miller has named Tamara Cypress director of firm communications. She most recently served as director of corporate communications and culture at Stanley Black & Decker. Cypress also served as the senior communications manager for Roche where she led the site and change management communications and employee engagement strategy for the diabetes care business. She also previously served as corporate communications manager for Cummins, Inc.
