The Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges has appointed Earlham College President Anne Houtman to its Council of Presidents. The council includes representatives from public and private institutions and is one of seven councils enhancing AGB’s thought leadership. Houtman also serves on a 14-member working group of the Higher Learning Commission.
