The distillery says it has also added to its executive leadership team with a new chief marketing officer and chief financial officer.
Hotel Tango says it plans to use the funding for a multi-state distribution expansion and strategic brand marketing support. As part of that effort, the distillery has hired Alex Neff as CMO. Neff most recently served as public relations manager for Indiana University Health.
"We are ready for this next phase and to bring Hotel Tango to more consumers across the U.S.," said Travis Barnes, founder and chief executive officer of Hotel Tango. "We would not be where we are today, or where we are headed, without the loyalty and support of so many Hoosiers. It is high time more people get to enjoy Hotel Tango spirits."
Additionally, the distillery has named Peter Ritz chief financial officer. Ritz previously served as CFO for consulting firm B2B and has held senior finance roles with Carmel-based Orchard Software Corp., the Indianapolis Airport Authority and LDI Ltd. in Indianapolis.
