Hoosier companies included on Inc. 5000 list

Nearly 50 Indiana-based companies are included in this year’s Inc. 5000 ranking. The publication ranks privately-owned companies based on their percentage of revenue growth over the previous three years.
The top four Indiana companies on the list are all based in Indianapolis, with the fifth based in Carmel.
Business communications software company Authenticx, which secured $20 million in venture funding earlier this year, is the highest-ranked at No. 349, followed by Lucidia IT at 396, Market Wagon at 680, US Hydrovac at 915, and Realync at No. 1,032.
“The complexities of healthcare and insurance can be challenging to navigate, and Authenticx is committed to making it easier for consumers,” Authenticx founder and CEO Amy Brown said in a news release. “This accomplishment reflects our team’s dedication to a powerful AI-driven platform that speaks to both head and heart to drive meaningful change.”
The other companies on the list represent a number of Indiana cities, including Bloomington, Evansville, Fortville, Greenwood, Lafayette, Merrillville, Muncie, Munster, Noblesville, Portage, Tipton, Valparaiso, Warsaw, West Lafayette and Westfield.
Of the 49 Indiana companies on the list, 33 are repeat honorees and six are newly founded businesses.
The publication says Indiana’s representatives had a median revenue growth of 244% with $2.4 billion in total revenue. The companies also added more than 2,600 jobs over the three-year period.
