Hoosier companies among ‘Healthiest 100 Workplaces’

Three central Indiana companies are included in the 2022 Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America list from Healthiest Employers and Indianapolis-based Springbuk. The list recognizes “organizations that are demonstrating care for their people by investing in health and well-being solutions and initiatives.”
The rankings were determined from assessments of each company based on six categories: culture and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communications and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analytics.
The highest-ranked Indiana company on the list is Lebanon-based Witham Health Services at No. 2. Carmel-based CNO Financial Group comes in at No. 19, followed by OneAmerica in Indianapolis at No. 57.
“Focusing on our associates’ health and well-being is a top priority for OneAmerica,” Vice President of Human Resources Chris Pohl said in written remarks. “Our Active Choices wellness program is an integral part of the benefits we offer our associates and their engagement continues to expand.”
The top five companies on the list include Harris Health System in Texas, Witham, BankUnited N.A. in Florida, OneAZ Credit Union in Arizona, and Northwell Health in New York.
