Home Comfort Experts Growing in Mishawaka

Subscribe NowMISHAWAKA, Ind. - Mishawaka-based Home Comfort Experts has broken ground on an expansion of its corporate headquarters in St. Joseph County. The company says the $1.3 million project will allow for the growth of its customer service and operational support efforts.
The 7,200-square-foot addition, which aims to provide space for new employees and services, is expected to be complete by October. The company says the city and county have provided infrastructure support for the project.
Home Comfort Experts currently employs nearly 100 through its offices in northern Indiana and southwest Michigan. A spokesperson for the company tells Inside INdiana Business it has seen a 20 percent average annual growth in staff, adding up to 15 jobs each year.
The project is being led by Goshen-based contractor Nuway Construction.
