Hirons, which recently celebrated its 40th anniversary, is opening an office in Chicago as part of what it says is a strategy to "build upon its successful work in Indiana and continue growing its roster of out-of-state clients."
The Chicago office will be led by Jackie Meyers Thompson, co-founder of Coppock-Meyers Public Relations in the Windy City. Hirons says the office will provide public relations, advertising, branding and strategic marketing services.
"When we began down the path of what a Chicago expansion could look like, there was no doubt that bringing in Jackie was the best solution," Jim Parham, chief executive officer of Hirons, said in a news release. "Her reputation and deep bench of resources will allow us to grow in the Chicago market at a rapid pace."
Hirons says it has worked with Chicago-based businesses over the last four decades, creating a strong foundation on which to build the Chicago office.
