Hendricks County Bank and Trust Co. has announced plans to build a new headquarters in Brownsburg. Financial details of the project are not being disclosed, however the bank says the new facility will have room for further expansion.

Construction on the project is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2018 and is expected to take up to 18 months to complete. Crews will first demolish the current building, which was built in the 1960s, then construct the new facility on the same site.

The new building serve as the main banking branch for Hendricks County Bank and Trust, and will also house the bank’s operations, loan processing and administrative departments. A spokesperson for the bank says plans call for the addition of several new positions once the new building is complete.
