Four central Indiana companies are included in the 2021 Healthiest Employers of Indiana list from First Person Advisors and Springbuk, both of which are based in Indianapolis. The winning companies were selected from more than 300 applications that were scored on six metrics.
The metrics include leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analytics.
The winners by category are listed below:

“We’re excited to receive this award, especially after the last two years in healthcare,” said Trina Rose, wellness coordinator at Witham Health Services. “Many of our people have compassion fatigue, and we’re here to take care of them so that they can take care of their patients.”
The awards program was founded in 2009. The companies say more than 10,000 employers from around the country participate in the program.
