Fort Wayne-based Parkview Health System Inc. is planning to sell two senior care facilities in Columbia City to another Hoosier company. In a notice to the state, Parkview expects the deal with Miller's Health Systems Inc. to affect more than 50 workers in September. Miller's Health Systems runs more than 30 Miller's Merry Manor locations throughout the state, including an existing operation in Columbia City.

The deal involves Parkview Oaks and Parkview Pointe assisted living facilities.
