Hand to Shoulder Center Building Sold

Subscribe NowThe building housing the Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center in Indianapolis has been sold to a joint venture between Texas-based Caddis Partners LLC and a client of Invesco Real Estate in Georgia. The medical office building on the city’s north side houses an ambulatory surgery center and also serves as headquarters for 10 other Hand to Shoulder locations in Indianapolis.
A spokesperson for the Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center tells Inside INdiana Business the sale pertains only to the building itself and not the practice. The physicians, staff and services will continue to work from the building.
Jason Signor, Chief Executive Officer of the Dallas-based healthcare real estate firm, says, “We’re pleased to acquire the Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center, which has an excellent reputation as a leader and innovator in the prevention and treatment of upper extremity disorders and injuries. The Center is also well known for its advanced teaching programs for orthopedic surgeons.”
BMO Harris Bank’s Healthcare Real Estate Finance group provided financing for the project. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
